Jr. Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Management of new product development, including prototype development and testing
• Aid in planning, tracking, and reporting of product development timelines and milestones
• Create product documentation, test feedback, and quality assurance materials as needed
• Facilitate communication and notifications of improvements to Product Support, Parts, and Sales Support
• Coordinate strategic product development initiatives across Tractors, Garden Care, and CCE
• Collaborate with headquarters, R&D, and quality teams to enhance product performance and market fit
• Communicate technical issues with Korean vendors and translate EDR’s from Korean to English
• Maintain and track test equipment, including the test plan, location, and budgeting

Requirements

• Familiarity with agricultural machinery, garden equipment, or construction equipment
• Experience working in cross-functional, global product teams
• Bilingual ability (Korean/English)
