• Troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, and security issues for European client environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to implement secure network solutions and infrastructure improvements.
• Monitor network health and participate in incident response and remediation activities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of network engineering, network administration, or IT infrastructure experience.
• Basic understanding of Common Criteria, security compliance frameworks, or regulated technology environments.
• Strong written communication skills for documentation
• Experience with TCP/IP, routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Cisco networking technologies and network monitoring tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to support clients across multiple European regions and time zones.

Compensation

• Salary range: $95,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
