Jr. NetSuite Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, configuration, and customization of NetSuite modules based on business requirements
• Aid in gathering and documenting functional requirements through walkthroughs and discovery sessions
• Translate business processes into NetSuite functional solutions under the guidance of senior consultants
• Configure forms, fields, workflows, roles, and dashboards
• Support data migration, validation, and testing activities
• Participate in system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution
• Provide end-user training and assist with documentation such as user guides and process flows
• Collaborate with technical, sales, and delivery teams to support successful project execution
• Assist with post-go-live support, minor enhancements, and change requests

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in ERP systems, NetSuite, or business systems consulting (internship or entry-level experience acceptable)
• Basic understanding of business processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, or Inventory Management
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP; NetSuite certification is an advantage but not required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow within a consulting environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
