Jr. Multifamily Maintenance/Management Apprentice
Launch a real career in the skilled trades, not just a job. At Monarch Investment & Management Group, we build long-term careers through hands-on training in multifamily maintenance.
About the role
Our Junior Maintenance Apprenticeship Program is designed for individuals serious about learning the skilled trades and turning hands-on training into a future in multifamily maintenance. If you’re currently in or have recently completed a trade program, technical school, or certification track, this is your opportunity to gain real-world experience in live properties and systems alongside experienced professionals.
What you’ll learn
- Apartment and building maintenance
- Unit “turns” and the apartment make-ready process
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, gas, irrigation, and building systems
- Preventive maintenance and capital planning
- Work order management and resident service
- Property and safety inspections
- Shop organization and tool management
- OSHA and safety compliance
- Yardi and other leading industry software
- Pool and snow removal operations (where applicable)
- Working with third-party contractors
This is real-world, boots-on-the-ground experience in live communities, not just classroom learning or observation.
