About the role

The role involves working with a team of dynamic and innovative engineers to develop new capabilities supporting the front end processing of data for a mission critical tool. It also includes supporting the modernization of the front end processing services, malware analysis, and developing techniques for metadata storage for knowledge management to support the defense of national security systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop new capabilities supporting the front end processing of data for a mission critical tool.
• Support the modernization of the front end processing services.
• Support the modernization of malware analysis and develop techniques for metadata storage for knowledge management to support the defense of national security systems.
• Explore new technologies and prototype new mission tools and analytics.
• Develop new algorithms and innovative techniques to address mission related problems.

Requirements

• A current or active security clearance with a polygraph.
• Seven (7) + years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, or four (4) years of additional Software Engineer experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Java Application (no front end necessary).
• Agile Ability to multitask and pivot to different tasks quickly.
• Experience with Atlassian tools, Git.
• Experience with IntelliJ or Eclipse IDE.

Pay

The proposed salary range for this position is: $94,400 - $144,300.
