Jr Joint Operations Center (JOC) Watch Specialists

Culmen International is seeking Jr Joint Operations Center (JOC) Watch Specialists to support operations in El Paso, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ISR feeds and provide direction to assets as required.
• Write Intelligence reports as required.
• Maintain records of Requests for Information received from subordinate, higher, and adjacent organizations.
• Obtain information and create reports from various sources using a wide range of operational information to make appropriate assessments for decision makers.
• Maintain metrics databases that track various missions, operational summaries, and other valuable Command updates.
• Monitor ongoing operations and application of multiple network systems and data management programs critical to JIATF-CC mission planning and execution.
• Provide reports to command and higher headquarters, both in writing and verbally, to ensure situational awareness of ongoing operations.
• Maintain and secure data on both NIPRnet and SIPRnet, ensuring compliance with policies on levels of classification.
• Produce official messages, requirements, and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs).
• Support the Common Operational Picture (COP) manager integrating all operational command systems.

Requirements

• Associate degree from a college or university. Experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree by offering an alternative combination of educational, professional, and/or technical experience.
• 3+ years' experience and capabilities within a military setting for the successful execution of tasks associated with specific duty positions/focus areas.
• Experience in managing a multitude of operations-related tasks within a Joint Operations Center.
• Knowledgeable in Intelligence Community Directives and intelligence tradecraft.
• Proficient with Maven Smart System.
• Ability to work all shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Active Secret Clearance.
