Jr. High Girls Basketball Coaches 7th and 8th grade

Aitkin High School is seeking a dynamic, highly qualified candidate to serve as Jr. High 7th and 8th Girls Basketball Coach.

Qualifications

• Successful high school and/or collegiate level coaching experience
• Related successful experiences in educational leadership
• Experience in building a comprehensive program, developing staff, and managing diverse program-wide elements in accordance with Aitkin High School vision
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Commitment to develop and maintain positive relationships between the Aitkin Gobblers Girls Basketball program and the local community

Responsibilities

Reports to the Head Varsity Girls Basketball coach, who provides overall job objectives and observes performance in conjunction with School and MSHSL Policy, as well as the Aitkin High School Athletics/Activities Director.

Pay

Compensation based on Teacher's Contract.
