Jr. Contract Lifecyle Operations Specialist

About the role

This position is critical for managing legal agreements, ensuring compliance, and supporting the quote-to-cash workflow. Acting as a liaison between sales, legal, and other business units, the role enhances operational efficiency, reduces legal risk, and improves client experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and process redlines, work with attorneys, manage DocuSign envelopes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Interpret and communicate contract terms internally and externally.
• Act as the primary operational liaison on high-value transactions, collaborating with legal, sales, and, when necessary, clients.
• After execution, deliver a comprehensive deal summary to Finance and Operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity across all downstream workflows.
• Maintain centralized repository, ensure templates follow approval processes, and communicate updates.
• Respond to emails, handle correspondence, and assist with research and document preparation.
• Collaborate with internal teams on client data and participate in stakeholder training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in contract management or corporate legal administration.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with software contracts, amendments, statements of work, and order forms.

Technical Skills

• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Salesforce.
• DocuSign.
• Adobe Professional.

Pay

• California: The expected base salary for the position is between $60,000 plus discretionary bonus USD to $75,000 plus discretionary bonus USD.
• Massachusetts: The expected base salary for the position is between $60,000 USD to $75,000 USD.
