Jr Carpenter Carpenter Helper

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work in consumers’ homes to transform their kitchen
• Follow the instructions of the lead installer
• Keep the work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
• Keep tools, materials and work vehicles clean and organized
• Do basic carpentry (i.e.: measure, drill holes, hang doors, etc.)
• Paint cabinet boxes, molding, etc. in homes when necessary

Additional Responsibilities

• Able to safely operate power hand tools
• Work quickly and efficiently with a stellar work ethic
• Have excellent attention to detail and take personal pride in a job well done the first time
• Be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
• Arrive to jobsite on time in appropriate work clothing

Requirements

• Ability to work in Middlesex County, Fairfield County & New Haven County
• Valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required
• Pass a criminal background check

$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
