Jr. Business Analyst Role !

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flow Diagrams
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful project execution
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and project delivery activities
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure requirements are met
• Track project progress and communicate updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders

Required Skills

• 6 Months - 3 Years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Requirements Gathering, Process Analysis, and Stakeholder Management
• Hands-on experience with SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
• Exposure to Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Insurance, FinTech, or E-Commerce domains
