We’re looking for a curious, passionate Cincinnati-based Junior Art Director who brings a strong point of view, sharp design skills, and the courage to turn “what if?” into work people notice. You’ll help turn big ideas into compelling visual experiences across campaigns, brands, social, and everything in between—while collaborating, taking ownership, and pushing the work further.
