Job Responsibilities

Own the creation of business processes and controls to maintain compliance by partnering with stakeholders within the Business, Legal, Risk, Controls and Compliance.

Manage smaller projects supporting the JPMorgan Private Client agenda and the implementation of processes and controls.

Establish strong working relationships with workstream leads, business stakeholders, peers, and subject matter experts.

Act as a Thought Leader to drive problem-solving and identify business solutions.

Communicate with business leaders and stakeholders in a meaningful and actionable manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Review data and metrics related to the business with a focus on risk mitigation and program success.

Communicate/present findings to business leaders and stakeholders, influencing them to take action.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Education: BA/BS degree required
  • Experience: 5 + years of project management and process design experience within the Consumer/Business Deposit, Home Lending, or Wealth businesses
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented with a structured/analytical approach to problem-solving and the ability to help drive decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with senior management and create executive-level presentations; strong proficiency in MS Suite of products is a must.
  • Teamwork: Team player with the ability to build strong cross-business relationships
  • Adaptability: Ability to work autonomously to drive change, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities; effectively manages competing priorities to achieve optimal results in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Influence: Ability to effectively influence without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Expertise: Proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts and experience working within Control framework and platforms (CORE, ELA, Obligation mapping)
