This position will work a hybrid schedule which includes a combination of working both onsite at Towne Centre Drive and remote. Description The JPA Epic Technical Account Manager (TAM) will develop and update Epic training materials for the PHMG Epic go-live, coordinate end-user training activities, and interface with PHMG stakeholders to educate them on our training methodology and process. The TAM will provide hands-on support through Epic go-live and transition into the ongoing Epic support point of contact for PHMG users — their Epic BFF. Minimum Qualifications Nine (9) years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor’s degree in related area plus five (5) years of related experience/training. Advanced knowledge of health care industry trends. Advanced knowledge of the medical center or health system's product lines and services (ambulatory practice operations and management).Advanced quantitative and analytical skills to perform complex market and financial analysis. Advanced strategic planning, project management, change management, process improvement skills. Advanced interpersonal communication, relationship building and political acumen skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and technical skills to learn specialized applications and tools in the field. Preferred Qualifications Two Epic certifications in clinical and operational applications and training, such as EpicCare Ambulatory, Patient Access (Cadence, Prelude of Referrals), PB, ClinDoc, Access/Security, MyChart, or TED.Experience working with ambulatory practices and supporting them in IT capacity.Training experience in complex technology situations to non-technical end users. SPECIAL CONDITIONS Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical. Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $111,300 - $211,100 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $53.30 - $101.10 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
