JP Utility Worker/ Brake Operator

Position Summary

Essential Functions

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion.
• Operating a forklift.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment—especially fast‑paced production, stand‑up forklifts, or machine operation—is a plus but not required.

Pay

• 1st shift: $20.44 per hour
• 2nd shift: $21.46 per hour
• $1,000 bonus after 90 days of employment (subject to taxes), applicable to new hires only
• Wage increases at 6 months, 1 year, and annually thereafter
