About the Role

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, guest services representatives are called Joy Creators. A Joy Creator sweetens up the bakery, sets the mood, and turns a visit into an event worth posting about. You’ll help guests choose the right cake for their celebrations, ensure orders run smoothly, and create a welcoming, generous, and joyful environment for the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting and ordering cakes for their celebrations.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Provide a warm, welcoming experience for every customer.
• Foster an atmosphere of generosity, happiness, and joy within the bakery.
