AriensCo is excited to be hiring a Journeyworker, Industrial Electrician to join our team at our Brillion, WI location!
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain an environment where equipment operates safely, reliably, and exactly as designed.
- Repair and maintain electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and install equipment.
- Complete preventative, corrective, and unplanned maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures while supporting the vision of creating an environment where no one can ever get hurt.
- Communicate with all levels of the organization, i.e., via reports, e-mail, verbally, and/or in small/large group settings, in a team environment.
Qualifications
- Completion of a State Licensed Journeyworker Apprenticeship Program required.
- A minimum of 5 years professional experience preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various types of industrial electrical equipment.
- Experience repairing, troubleshooting, and programming PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and operator interfaces.
- Experience with power distribution infrastructure.
- Electrical Maintenance experience in manufacturing.
