Journeyman Test and Evaluation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support development of Integrated Evaluation Frameworks (IEF)
• Aid in the development of Test Plans and supporting documentation
• Support execution of developmental and operational test events
• Conduct test data analysis and contribute to Test Reports and briefing materials
• Engage in Modeling & Simulation (M&S) activities, including the creation of Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) packages
• Assist in preparing M&S accreditation documentation, such as Accreditation Letters
• Utilize analytical methodologies to evaluate system performance across various domains, including undersea, airborne, satellite, shipboard, expeditionary, IW, and mine warfare systems
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to support analysis, documentation, and reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Test & Evaluation experience within the last 4 years, including test planning, execution, and analysis
• Experience supporting Modeling & Simulation (M&S) activities and VV&A processes
• DAWIA (or equivalent) T&E Level I / Foundational certification required
• Experience applying analytical methodologies to defense systems testing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Compensation

Compensation for this position is based on several considerations, including applicable contract wage rates and labor categories, geographic location, relevant professional experience, technical expertise, education, certifications, and overall alignment with the role's requirements.
