Qualifications

• Clean driving record
• Proficiently uses hand and power tools
• Scissor lift and bucket truck experience required
• Experience installing a variety of signs required
• Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician license REQUIRED
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the sign industry or a similar field
• Strong understanding of electrical systems related to signage
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ability to work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A welding certification and/or CDL license would be a plus but is not required
• Crane operator license is a plus!

Skills

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical signage, including LED and neon signs
• Interpret sign designs and electrical schematics to ensure accurate installation
• Conduct site inspections to plan and prepare for sign installations
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and functioning state
• Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and professional interactions
