As a Plumbing Service Technician, you’ll be on the front lines, delivering top-tier service and providing clients with an experience they’ll rave about. From service calls and maintenance to parts replacements, your mission is simple: perform at your best and make our clients' day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-Star Service to every client, every time.
• Commitment to providing the best communication in the industry.
• Work with our team of outstanding dispatchers to best serve our clients’ needs!
• Perform top quality plumbing repairs and installations, educate clients about their plumbing systems and solutions to their troubles, deliver peace of mind during maintenance calls.
• Complete paperwork easily with our state of the art tablets and operating systems.
• Help clients get the most for their money with our warranty programs and easy warranty processing tasks.

Requirements

• Kentucky Journeyman Plumbing License Required
• 2-3+ years of plumbing service/ troubleshooting experience, residential experience preferred
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record to operate a company vehicle
• Solid knowledge of residential plumbing systems and repair skills
• At least two years of hands-on experience in plumbing
• ServiceTitan Experience Preferred
