WHAT WE NEED
- Active Maryland Journeyman Electrician License or the ability to obtain one through reciprocity
- Commercial electrical service and troubleshooting experience
- Proven ability to independently diagnose and repair commercial electrical systems
- Experience working directly with customers in occupied commercial facilities
- Experience with:
- Three-phase electrical systems
- Panelboards
- Switchgear
- Transformers
- Loading and lighting controls
- Motor controls
- Power distribution systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, schematics, and one-line diagrams
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical safety practices
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
