Journeyman Plumber - Service

About the role

Ahern is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to service customers within Northeastern, WI. You will take the lead on small plumbing projects, service repairs, backflow testing, and participate in on-call after-hours service. You will service customers in the manufacturing, healthcare, and heavy commercial industries. Your employment relationship will be governed by a collective bargaining agreement, specifically Local 400. Responsibilities

• Lead small plumbing projects, service repairs, and backflow testing
• Participate in on-call after‑hours service
• Service customers in manufacturing, healthcare, and heavy commercial industries

Requirements

• Journeyman Plumber with 5+ years of experience (preferably owner‑direct service work)
• Clean driving record to operate company vehicles
• Ability to travel for the position
• Pass an appropriate drug screen and physical (role involves lifting and climbing)

Qualifications

• Self‑starter with a strong mechanical background
• Good working and learning attitude
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced construction environment (indoors and outdoors)
