Journeyman Plumber - Full-Time, W2!
About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Journeyman Plumber to work alongside our Installation Manager, Lead Installers, and Operations team to keep projects running smoothly while following best-in-class safety practices and creating a 5-star experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist the local Master Plumber with emergency response, service calls, and job site inspections during normal business hours.
- Support installation quality by conducting on-site inspections, reviewing permits, and completing pre-installation assessments.
- Partner with Installation Managers and Master Plumber to help train and develop Installation teams.
- Stay up to date on plumbing codes, industry advancements, and company installation processes to support team success.
- Complete ongoing training, maintain license reporting, and perform additional duties to ensure smooth branch operations.
Requirements
- An active Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License, or active Rhode Island or Connecticut Journeyman Plumber License in good standing for designated territory.
- A passion for using your plumbing expertise to develop the skills of those around you.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication.
Pay
The approximate hourly rate for this position is $40.00–$50.00 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on factors including background, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
Schedule
Monday–Friday with a start time of 6:30 AM.
