Responsibilities

- Mentor and supervise apprentices and technicians, ensuring work is completed on time and up to code
- Maintain technical expertise to ensure quality and compliance across all installations

- Leadership skills to manage crews and mentor team members
- Ability to keep projects on track, adhere to code standards, and troubleshoot issues effectively
