Journeyman Plumber

About the role

Journeyman Plumbers are needed to diagnose and repair plumbing issues, perform updates and installs during remodels, interact professionally with customers, and manage tasks efficiently. This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000–$120,000, flexible scheduling, and a supportive, family-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues
• Perform plumbing updates and installs during remodels
• Work directly with homeowners and businesses

• Represent JTM with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• Omaha Journeyman Plumbing License (or equivalent experience)
• Strong residential troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with bathroom and kitchen remodels
• Clean, respectful communication with customers
• Professional attitude and pride in clean work

Qualifications

Must be a skilled, experienced plumber with a strong background in residential service calls and remodels. Experience with bathroom and kitchen remodels is preferred.

Skills

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, performing updates and installs during remodels, and managing time and materials efficiently. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
