Responsibilities Diagnose & perform residential plumbing servicesDiagnose & resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate mannerServes clients to highest level possibleCompletes all paperwork in a timely and accurate mannerCollects payment from customerCommunicates with dispatch while working to ensure dispatcher has an accurate status report of activities and availabilityEnsures company property, vehicles, and tools are being maintained and properly accounted for Qualifications Journeyman or Master PlumberMinimum 3 of residential plumbing experienceValid driver's licenseOwn hand toolsExcellent driving recordReliable transportationAbility to pass pre-employment screenings3 Years minimum experience in servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing plumbing equipment/issuesQuick & eager to learnEfficient & effective time management and organizational skillsClear communicator/comfortable talking to homeownerPhysical demands include, but not limited to lifting, balancing, & crawlingCapable of working in enclosed spaceTeam playerValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordBe willing to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law / regulations.High school diploma or equivalent.Willing to be cross trained in other tradesTech-savvyAuthorized to work in the U.S.
