Core Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and correctly
- Ensure all work complies with Texas plumbing codes and safety requirements
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain solutions clearly
- Support continuous improvement of processes and job quality standards
- Work independently in the field while coordinating with the team when needed
Qualifications
- Active Texas Journeyman Plumbing License
- 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and work within code specifications
- Comfortable working in varying job site conditions
- Interest in advancing toward Master Plumber and leadership roles
