Journeyman Plumber

About the role

Redline Plumbing, a newly established division of CBH Homes (Idaho's #1 home builder), is seeking an experienced Plumbing Journeyman to join their dynamic team. This role offers opportunities to contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding company while working alongside a supportive crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew and ensure projects move efficiently on schedule
• Provide strong hands-on plumbing field experience, particularly in rough-in residential settings
• Apply solid knowledge of plumbing systems, layouts, and compliance with local codes
• Train and mentor newer installers, fostering a collaborative environment
• Manage lifting and moving tasks, including up to 100 lbs, and work shifts lasting 8-10 hours
• Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating dependability and organization

Requirements

• Proven hands-on plumbing field experience, especially in rough-in residential settings
• Ability to lead a team and manage projects effectively
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, layouts, and local building codes
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work long shifts
• Dependable, organized, and proactive in taking on responsibilities
