Responsibilities
Key duties include:
- Perform minor to complex plumbing service work on residential or light commercial plumbing systems
- Ensure the job is completed correctly and eliminate unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
- Explain services performed to the client upon completion and ensure client satisfaction with all work before leaving the job site
- Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times
- Wear shoe coverings in client's home and maintain a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
Requirements
- 40-45 work weeks depending on workload
- Sign-on bonus of $2,000
- High hourly pay plus commissions & bonuses

- At least 5-10 years of plumbing experience
- Current driver’s license and clean driving record
- Pass background and drug checks
- Field service experience in a residential setting (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
