About the role

The Scheduler will provide IGS support for the PMA-266 Multi-Mission Tactical Unmanned Aerial Systems team, including developing, baselining, maintaining, and analyzing networked Integrated Government Schedules (IGSs).

Responsibilities

  • Develop, baseline, maintain, and analyze networked Integrated Government Schedules (IGSs).
  • Respond to frequent ad-hoc scheduling requests from the program team and manage the requests of multiple IPTs.
  • Integrate project activities across multiple IPTs and external stakeholders into several Integrated Government Schedules (IGS).
  • Communicate and ask questions to IPT leads and team members to obtain necessary information for schedule development, updating, and maintenance.
  • Communicate and meet with Level 1 and 0 leadership to review products and implement the program vision.
  • Build complex schedules that capture program requirements through interactions with multiple IPTs and external stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain a baseline that reflects the project's critical path and keep a current schedule business rhythm, adjusting as needed.
  • Provide critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and facilitate schedule-related assessments such as Deep-Dive, Scrubs, etc.

Requirements

At least four (4)+ years of experience with networked schedule development, critical path method, baseline and status using milestones, task, duration, lead/lag, and other standard data points/aspects of schedule development, maintenance, and analysis.

Experience using MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management, or Engineering preferred. Associate's Degree may be substituted with 8+ years of experience OR HS Diploma may be substituted with 10+ years of experience.

Skills

Experience building complex schedules that capture program requirements through interactions with multiple IPTs and external stakeholders.

Experience using MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
