Journeyman Operations Analyst

About the role
Supports the Program Manager for the Coast Guard’s CWMD (Chemical, Weapons of Mass Destruction) Capabilities program, including Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) response capabilities. This position is contingent upon award.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary POC for the Joint Requirements Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JRO-CBRN).
- Review current DOD strategy and policy statements to ensure the Coast Guard can meet operational requirements associated with supporting DOD missions.
- Provide Monthly Status Report.
- Support USCG involvement and participation in the development and implementation of the Global Nuclear Detection Architecture (GNDA).
- Support assessments to determine the extent to which USCG incorporated and addressed threat assessments by the Intelligence Community (IC) into its GNDA-related operations.
- Support the DHS Fiscal Year budget build process for Radiation/Nuclear (Rad/Nuc) detection.
- Identify performance, operational, or technical deficiencies of deployed Rad/Nuc detection technology.
Requirements
- Must possess and maintain an active and valid Florida driver's license without restrictions.
- Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Successful results of pre-employment screenings, including federal background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and drug screen.
- Comply with company drug and alcohol policy.
- Be authorized to work in the US or will be authorized by the successful candidate’s start date.
Pay
Expected salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
Schedule
The position will primarily work remote.
