About the role
Maintains and repairs equipment, vehicles, and/or facilities used for carrying out operations.
Responsibilities
- Follows instructions from management regarding scheduling and other directives.
- Prepares and organizes work by planning operations, observing deadlines, using facility lifecycle data, and ordering necessary maintenance supplies.
- Identifies breakdowns by detecting and localizing issues using diagnostic tools, conducting functionality tests before returning equipment to service, determining the cause of malfunctions, and outlining technical repair steps.
- Maintains and repairs construction site vehicles or facilities by performing periodic upkeep according to manufacturer recommendations, executing mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs based on diagnostics, verifying proper functioning before releasing equipment, and maintaining up-to-date upkeep logs (paper or digital).
Requirements
- Professional qualification in Mechanics, Hydraulics, or a related field.
