Responsibilities
- Operate as a point of contact for general contractors, subs, and clients.
- Maintain regular communication with the General Manager, General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, and Clients.
- Read and work from blueprints, technical manuals, charts, and schematics.
- Work closely with the purchasing manager to procure materials and communicate new project needs with field/admin/accounting.
- Engage in project forecasting and the creation of schedules.
- Appropriately account for scope and exclusions in all contracts.
- Perform all plumbing work in accordance with code and company standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Licensed or license-eligible MT Plumbing Journeyman/Master.
- Valid MT driver’s license, or ability to acquire within 3 months.
- Journeyman/Master level knowledge of building and plumbing codes, safety regulations, and safety practices.
- Preferred: Service plumbing experience.

Physical Requirements
- Regularly communicate with others in person and by telephone.
- Frequently sit, stand, move, use hands to operate tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms.

- Frequently lift and move objects up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and move objects over 50 pounds.
Working Conditions
- Work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
- Perform work at heights up to 50' from ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, or other safe work areas.
- Regular travel to multiple job sites as needed.
- Position is based in Bozeman, MT, with responsibilities for additional locations.
- FLSA non-exempt position; may require overtime and weekend work on occasion.
