About the role

This job requires a DOT physical and a current DOT medical card. Brink Constructors, Inc. Work will consist of installations, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, and associated materials and equipment within the high voltage transmission and substation electrical industry.

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties necessary to complete assigned task under the direct supervision of project foreman and project manager.
  • Keep all materials, tools and equipment in an orderly fashion and maintain a clean work area at all times.
  • Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment.
  • Clearly understand and comply with Brink Constructors and Federal Job Safety Requirements (OSHA).
  • Must be able to report to assigned job site location on time as directed.
  • Maintain and properly store tools and equipment.
  • Properly use and safely handle tools, equipment and materials.
  • Accurately organize materials and tools in order to maintain clean and neat work area.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Line School Certificate or Transcripts
  • Department of Labor Recognized Journeyman Lineworker Certification or proof of equivalent hours worked
  • 4+ years previous transmission construction or equivalent experience
  • Active, Valid Driver's License
  • Active, Valid CDL A

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Line School Certificate or Transcripts
  • Department of Labor Recognized Journeyman Lineworker Certification or proof of equivalent hours worked
  • 4+ years previous transmission construction or equivalent experience
