About the role: We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Tree Expert. This role involves performing tree care and maintenance tasks to ensure public safety and aesthetic standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal using specialized equipment and techniques
• Operate chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts safely and efficiently
• Maintain and service equipment and tools
• Respond to emergency storm damage calls as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Document work performed and report any issues to supervisor

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
• Comfortable working at heights in various weather conditions

Qualifications

• Previous experience in tree care or related field preferred
• Certification as an arborist or relevant training is a plus
• Knowledge of tree species and proper pruning techniques
