We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings using

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Up to $25,000 Sign-on Bonus - Up to $10,000 Relocation Allocations - Full-time opening in Power Operations for a Journeyman Lineman at Haines and Skagway locations. - Successful candidate traits: self-starter, highly motivated, flexible, detail-oriented, willing to follow directions, willing to travel, excellent team and interpersonal skills, ability to work with minimum supervision. - Looking for a career, not just next job? At AP&T: stability of full-time utility position with competitive pay, strong benefits, opportunity to spend more time at home. Diploma or GED. Completion of an accredited 4-year Lineman Apprenticeship. Hold a current certificate of fitness in the State of Alaska or be able to acquire one within 6 months. (maybe part of Benefits) - AP&T is a small employee-owned utility serving over 40 communities and villages. - EEO etc (remove boilerplate) - Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. We need to produce sections: maybe About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (qualifications + desired experience + certificates?), Skills (maybe team/interpersonal, self-starter etc), Benefits (benefits package, sign-on bonus, relocation, etc), Pay (pay range), Schedule (maybe not given; we should not create Schedule unless present). There's no explicit schedule info, so omit Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide what goes where. Let's extract: About the role: maybe a paragraph describing the position: full-time opening in Power Operations for a Journeyman Lineman at Haines and Skagway locations. Candidate traits: self-starter, highly motivated, flexible, detail-oriented, willing to follow directions, willing to travel, excellent team and interpersonal skills, ability to work with minimum supervision. Looking for a career, not just next job? At AP&T you'll find stability of a full-time utility position with competitive pay, strong benefits, opportunity to spend more time at home. Some travel required, linemen not typically on road for extended periods. That seems appropriate. Responsibilities: list of duties from "Job Duties and Responsibilities:" plus safety consciousness, emergency response, on-call rotation, travel. We'll create a

      with each duty as
    • . Requirements: maybe combine Required Qualifications and Desired Experience and Certificates? The spec says use headings: Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They want separate sections for Qualifications and Skills maybe. But we can decide to include only those with content. We have Required Qualifications (education, apprenticeship, certificate of fitness, pre-employment check, drug testing). Desired Experience: 2 years experience as Journeyman Lineman. Certificates, Licenses, and Responsibilities: list of specific certificates. Physical Requirements: list of physical abilities. We could split: Qualifications heading for education/experience/certificates; Skills heading for personal attributes (self-starter, motivated, etc). But the spec says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also Requirements? Might be redundant. But we can include Requirements as a section covering required qualifications (education, apprenticeship, certificate). Then Qualifications could cover desired experience and certificates? Hmm. Better to follow typical job posting: Requirements = mandatory qualifications; Qualifications = desired/experience; Skills = personal attributes. But we need to avoid filler. Let's map: - About the role: intro paragraph. - Responsibilities: duties list. - Requirements: mandatory qualifications (HS diploma/GED, 4-year lineman apprenticeship, certificate of fitness in AK or ability to acquire within 6 months, pass pre-employment check and drug testing, subject to random testing). Also maybe include willingness to travel, emergency response, on-call rotation? Those are more duties. - Qualifications: desired experience (2 years experience as Journeyman Lineman) and certificates/licenses (ADL, Class A CDL, First Aid Card, CPR Card, Flagging Certificate, Pole Top Bucket Rescue Training, Rubber Gloving Training, Transformer Training and Hot Stick Training). Also maybe physical requirements? Could be separate but we can include under Qualifications or maybe a separate Physical Requirements but not in list of headings. Since not in headings list, we could incorporate physical requirements under Qualifications or maybe under Skills? Probably better to include under Qualifications as they are qualifications. - Skills: personal attributes: self-starter, highly motivated, flexible, detail-oriented, willing to follow directions, willing to travel, excellent team and interpersonal skills, ability to work with minimum supervision, safety conscious, adherence to safety culture, etc. - Benefits: sign-on bonus up to $25k, relocation up to $10k, starting pay $60/hour (DOE), generous benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k), $5k annual medical travel reimbursement, up to $125 annual medevac insurance reimbursement, employee stock ownership options, $200 company logowear, ongoing employee appreciation and recognition, recognition of employees important, AP&T small employee-owned utility serving over 40 communities. - Pay: pay range $60 to $69 per hour, DOE. Also mention sign-on bonus and relocation maybe but those are benefits. We'll keep Pay section for hourly range. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific numbers. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, Drug & Alcohol-Free Workplace, etc. We must not include application instructions or links to website. We must not include duplicated lines. Now produce HTML.
