Journeyman Ironworker - Chandler

About the role

Responsible for constructing and maintaining various types of iron and steel structures. Works closely with other trades to ensure project safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and erect structural steel components using hoisting equipment.
• Perform welding and cutting operations to join metal pieces.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Work in a team environment to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Welding certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Skills

• Proficient in the use of construction equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Good communication skills.

Pay

$18.50 - $22.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
