Key Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple project locations to perform professional glass installation, repair, and maintenance across a variety of commercial environments.
• Collaborate directly with the Project Superintendent, providing updates, insights, and support throughout each phase of the project.
• Execute precise installations using industry-standard techniques and tools, ensuring all work meets strict quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Contribute to our company reputation by consistently delivering workmanship that reflects pride, reliability, and exceptional attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience:
• Completion of a glazier apprenticeship program or equivalent experience.
• Skills and Qualifications:
• Ability to lift, carry, transport, and install glass.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to lift 80LBS
• Team Player
• Ability to Work under stressful situations
• Ability to read shop & blue prints
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to report effectively to the Project Superintendent.
• A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Other Requirements:
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Must have means of transportation
• Travel Required
