Position Qualifications
- Previous electrical/electronic trade experience or training
- Blueprint/electrical schematic reading and interpretation skills
- Familiar with a wide range of hand and power tools, testing equipment, and may use software for planning and documentation
- May oversee job sites, coordinate with other trades, and provide guidance to apprentices and junior electricians
- Skilled in diagnosing complex electrical issues and implementing efficient, code-compliant solutions
- Physically demanding, requires frequent lifting up to 25 lbs., pushing/pulling more than 25 lbs.
- Available to work all shifts, including working at heights, confined spaces, and extreme temperature conditions as required
- High school diploma/GED; additional preference given for Vocational, Technical and Community Colleges or Apprentice programs
- At least 18 years of age, except where a higher age is required by law, and must be employed to learn an apprenticeable occupation
- May be eligible for an apprenticeship program in one of the five different programs available: Construction Laborer, Combination Welder, Electrician, Heavy Equipment Operator, Substation Lineman

- Education: Applicable journeyman licensure requirements
- Experience: 10 years
- Computer Skills: Word, Excel, and Adobe
- Certificates & Licenses: Journey or Master electrician
