Responsibilities

• Installing electrical systems and equipment according to plans, codes, and standards.
• Troubleshooting and maintaining electrical components such as wiring, transformers, motors, panels, and circuits.
• Testing systems to ensure safety and functionality using testing devices.
• Inspecting systems for hazards, defects, or compliance issues.
• Leading or supporting team members and apprentices in installation and repair tasks.
• Diagnosing malfunctions and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA policies and safety initiatives.
• Supporting project success through communication, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications and skills

• High school diploma or GED and a Journeyman Electrician License or completion of a 4-year electrical apprenticeship.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in various physical positions, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and safety skills.
• Effective communication and team-oriented mindset.
