Responsibilities

• Complete residential electrical service calls
• Diagnose and repair electrical system issues
• Perform panel and service upgrades
• Install and replace fixtures, lighting, and devices
• Complete troubleshooting and system diagnostics
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and present service options
• Educate customers on financing and membership options when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle
• Complete accurate documentation, invoices, and job summaries
• Participate in weekly meetings and ongoing training
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business

Requirements

We believe great work deserves great support. We offer:

• $44/hour base pay + weekly profit sharing
• Annual earnings: $113,100-$147,000
• Our Journeyman Electricians, on average, make $126,750 a year

Qualifications

• Oregon General Journeyman Electrician License (required) or 2-year residential card
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong residential electrical service and install experience
• Experience with panels, service changes, lighting, and retrofits
• Generator, EV charging, fire protection, security, or data experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team

Pay

Pay: $44/hour base pay, plus profit sharing. Annual earnings: $113,100-$147,000.

Schedule

Our Journeyman Electricians work independently in the field while being supported by a collaborative service team.
