About the role
Ludvik Electric Co. is a top electrical contractor with offices in Lakewood, CO, Phoenix, AZ, and Salt Lake City, UT. We are seeking licensed Colorado Journeyman Electricians with the drive to grow into Foreman or Supervisor roles.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Plan and coordinate daily field activities to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Read wiring diagrams, identify issues, and make sound field decisions that support quality workmanship.
- Support crew productivity by communicating clearly with team members, supervisors, and project leadership.
- Mentor apprentices and less experienced electricians while modeling safe, professional field leadership.
Requirements
- Current Colorado Journeyman Electrician license.
- OSHA 10 certification and a strong commitment to jobsite safety.
- Strong working knowledge of the NEC, electrical codes, drawings, and field installation standards.
- A leadership mindset with the ability to mentor others, communicate clearly, and solve problems under pressure.
- An interest in growing into Foreman, General Foreman, or Supervisor responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Competitive hourly pay: $40.05–$44.06, depending on experience.
