Journeyman Electrician

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in agricultural, commercial, and industrial settings
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics
• Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety regulations
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary diagnostics
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to complete projects on time and within budget
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe work environment

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license or certification
• Proven experience as a journeyman electrician
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices
• Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various environments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
