Responsibilities

• Interpret and read project blueprint drawings
• Layout rooms or areas with NEC-compliant devices, luminaires, and control
• Install all raceways and adhere to NEC-compliant wiring methods
• Work with your hands and a variety of tools
• Troubleshoot and repair existing electrical wiring and systems
• Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative
• Adapt to daily changes and mobilize to multiple job sites as needed
• Ensure NEC compliance and installation efficiencies
• Monitor and manage field production, implementing paths to improvement
• Balance quality vs. quantity in work output
• Improve processes and policies in support of company goals
• Monitor adherence to current policies
• Lead by example in enforcing and promoting all company safety policies and standards

Requirements

• Colorado Journeyman Electrician License
• Pre-employment drug screening, background, and driving record check required

Pay

$32.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience.
