Installations & Repairs
- Install and repair outlets, lighting, panels, wiring, breakers, generators, and more
- Perform service upgrades
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and NEC-compliant drawings
- Diagnose electrical issues using modern tools
- Handle scheduled residential and commercial service calls
- Communicate solutions and findings clearly to customers
- Provide high-quality, professional service
- Support and mentor apprentices
- Clock in with contractors, inspectors, and project managers
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
- Follow NEC, OSHA, PPE, and lockout/tagout protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation and material tracking
- Keep a clean and safe job site
Brand Certifications
- Become a certified installer for Tesla, Generac, ChargePoint, SPAN, and other industry-leading manufacturers
Leadership Potential
- Move into lead tech, service manager, or estimator roles
- Explore other paths within the company
Requirements
- Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
- Clean driving record; must pass drug & background checks
- Residential and/or light commercial service experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your workflow
- Basic comfort with mobile technology and computers
- Ability to lift 55 lbs and follow all safety protocols
Qualifications
- Base Pay: $35–$45/hr during training and non-commission work
- Commission Plan: Earn $80,000–$120,000+ annually
- Guaranteed Safety Net: Commission ramp-up includes earnings floor equal to your hourly rate
- Alternative Pay Option: Hourly + bonus available for certain roles
