Principal Journeyman – Commercial Service Field-based role leading advanced service, maintenance, and repair of commercial energy systems. Responsible for troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation for business customers. Key duties Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on commercial energy systemsTroubleshoot complex equipment issues and diagnose root causesInterpret schematics and technical documentationDocument service activities and outcomesRecommend energy-saving improvements and performance upgradesCollaborate with a safety-focused team and mentor junior techniciansSupport sustainability-driven initiatives within the commercial portfolio Qualifications & Skills Journeyman-level experience in commercial service/maintenance and repairStrong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systemsAbility to read schematics and follow technical proceduresSolid troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-focused problem solvingCommitment to safety and quality workmanship
