Responsibilities

• Respond to production needs under the responsibility of production supervisors, demonstrating versatility, initiative, and teamwork while considering environmental, health, safety, and product quality aspects.
• Actively participate in improving operations and equipment in your work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a standing position for several hours.
• Excellent physical capacity.
• Ability to work in a team.
• ASP (SST for workers) course is an asset.
• Experience operating sit-down and propane forklifts is an asset for the Production department; minimum 2 years of experience in the Shipping/Receiving department.
• Flexography training is an asset.

Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer but before starting employment.

Pay

• Hourly rate of $29.36 during the probation period.
• $30.22 after successful completion of the probation period.
• $34.52 as a Production Operator.
• Evening and night shift premiums.

Schedule

• Rotating shifts at the beginning of employment (Day-Evening-Night), 8-hour shifts.
• Fixed shifts (Night or Evening) after obtaining a first position.
