About the role
Pinyon is a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant opening in Old Town Scottsdale, brought to you by Hi Noon Hospitality—the team behind Buck & Rider and Ingo’s Tasty Food. Inspired by journeys across Turkey, Italy, France, Malta, Greece, Spain, and Morocco, Pinyon reflects a deep connection to the region’s vibrant food culture and heritage. Set along the park with a welcoming patio for alfresco dining, Pinyon invites guests to enjoy house-made pita, crudos, pasta, seasonal salads, and an ever-changing array of spreads and dips alongside dishes cooked over open flame—celebrating flavors from Barcelona to Malta while uniting global ingredients and time-honored techniques.
