About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing technical support, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Provide technical support to clients as needed
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on time
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a technical support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn new skills
Skills
- Technical proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java)
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
