About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing technical support, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Provide technical support to clients as needed
  • Coordinate project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on time
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a technical support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Passion for technology and a desire to learn new skills

Skills

  • Technical proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java)
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

$50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
