About the Role
We are seeking energetic and skilled technicians to join our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) teams. These teams operate and maintain power plants, including repairs, troubleshooting, and improvements of power systems and equipment. They monitor and maintain the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of power generation. We encourage technical and skilled workers of all levels and interest areas to apply.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain power plants, including repairs, troubleshooting, and improvement of power systems and equipment.
- Maintain the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of power generation.
- Monitor and maintain the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of power generation.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to power generation systems and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid US driver's license.
- Experience in power plant operations and maintenance.
- Technical skills in power generation systems and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay
The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $0 and $0/-; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes an annual bonus.
