FirstLight Home Care is actively seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our growing team in Attleboro, MA.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare light meals and perform light housekeeping
• Monitor client wellbeing and report changes in condition
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies

Requirements

• Active CNA license or CHHA certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Previous home care, hospice, assisted living, or caregiving experience preferred
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Authorized to work in the United States
